Scope of Position:
• Manage the accuracy of inventory levels and actively facilitate best practice throughout the business

Responsibilities:
• Inventory Management
o Ensure stock is reconciled at a batch level with third party warehouse
o Process stock adjustments in SAP
o Process EDI errors and root cause analysis
o Coordination of national stock take
o Relationship management with third party warehouse provider
o Coordinate product best before date to minimize stock write off
o Actively assist in Slow Moving and Obsolete inventory management
• Repacking
o Manage communication lines between our third party warehouse and co-packer
o Ensure SAP transactions are processed to accurately reflect actual goods movements
between the warehouse and co-packer
o Reconcile stock levels of finished and unfinished goods
• Reporting and Analysis
o Assist with month end accruals
o Promotional modeling
o Adhoc reporting
o Supply Chain cost coding
• New Product Development (NPD)
o Manage NPD relationship between local and global stakeholders
o Update NPD forms for product creation
o Update GS1 reporting for new product listing with customers
o Create pallet specs information, and communicate with internal & external stakeholders
o Work with internal stakeholders to development, produce and administer local mandatory
labels
• Other Activities
o Assist with Supply Chain operational activities as required
o Other tasks as directed by the Inventory Manager or Supply Chain Manger
Qualifications & Requirements
Must Requirements:
• At least 5 year’s Supply Chain work experience
• University degree, ideally majoring in Supply Chain or related discipline
• Demonstrated analytical ability
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work and influence stakeholders at all levels, in a
hands on manner
• Demonstrated experience of working collaboratively with 3PLs (Third Party Logistics Providers) and
contract vendors
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge
Preferred Requirements:
• SAP experience, in particular Materials Management and Sales & Distribution modules
• Liquor/FMCG experience
• GS1 experience
