Going for Growth
Located within the area of Market, Student Recruitment and Channel Integration, the International Recruitment team is responsible for growth in new international student enrolments across a range of product portfolios. This growth will in turn drive growth in international revenue, across student segments, and widen and deepen Swinburne’s recruitment across key international markets.
These newly created roles will take a focused conversation on our specific product portfolios to our global network of agency and academic partners. Each role has a specific Faculty or Divisional remit with clear accountability to grow recruitment across our academic product mix and across pathways, undergraduate and postgraduate student segments.
In these roles, your compelling and demonstrated communication skills and high level of organisational and business acumen will enable you to identify opportunities and drive recruitment into your portfolio. You will undertake extensive travel across key Asian markets to visit and train agency partners, engage with prospective students, and broaden and deepen Swinburne’s market engagement.
In this position, with no direct reports and limited internal administrative responsibilities, you will be empowered to focus on markets and opportunity. Well supported by Regional colleagues who hold and support agency account management, you can direct your high levels of energy on delivering a compelling and passionate product conversation to our global agency and partner network.
Well supported by Marketing colleagues who deliver rich content, you will deploy your expertise and communication skills in delivering our focused product messaging both to expert student counsellors and direct to prospective international students.
Your experience in the tertiary education sector and the complexity of academic pathways and product for international students will enable you to engage with authority and empathy. It is your passion, your energy and your ability to communicate with clarity and engage with authority, which will drive the strong growth we seek.
