About Swinburne
Under direction from the Facilities and Services Team Leader, Systems, as our Facilities & Services Administration Officer, you will be responsible for the provision of high-level customer service for all Facilities and Services operations.
As a member of a small administration team, you will be expected to work across a range of activities within Facilities and Services. This includes, but is not limited to, participation in the operation of the Facilities and Services Operations Service Desk, processing invoices and work orders, maintaining a range of registers and as required, providing administrative support for the Operations Manager, Associate Director Operations and Services or Associate Director Corporate Services.
You will also be required to liaise with internal stakeholders, assessing their requirements and responding accordingly or referring on to the appropriate contact to ensure efficient and timely responses which meet service expectations.
