About the job
This position reports to the Scholarships and Orientation Coordinator and supports scholarships, prizes and orientation activities to internal and external customers of the University.
The position is responsible for assisting efficient delivery of all aspects of scholarships and prizes, and enhancing student experience through orientation activities.
This position contributes to ensuring a high quality, consistent and coordinated service delivery model across the team’s responsibilities achieved.
The role also contributes to the efficient, effective and timely delivery of the range of functions across Student Administration and Library Services as required.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
• Completion of a diploma level qualification with relevant work related experience or a certificate level qualification with post-certificate relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
• Demonstrated, relevant experience in the provision of high quality support services within a demanding, client focused environment.
• Good time management and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met.
