About the job
As our Sessional Teaching Academic, you will be primarily expected to prepare and deliver tutorials, labs and workshops and to assess students in the relevant discipline both on campus and online. You will mentor and counsel students on academic matters. This position will teach into undergraduate and/or postgraduate programs where qualified. You will assume administrative tasks associated with normal teaching duties and will also contribute to faculty management and administration generally.
About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• Applicant must have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within a relevant field OR relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience in tertiary teaching in the specific discipline.
• In particular, teaching experience in at least two of the following areas as listed in the position description
