An exciting opportunity to join the Test Capability team in this newly created position and showcase your hands on functional testing experience.
The Senior Test Analyst will support the Enterprise Digital Program reporting on all HCM (Human Capital Management System) functional testing activities and will be reporting directly to the Enterprise Digital Test Lead.
This opportunity is a 12 month fixed term contract with potential for it be offered as ongoing upon completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all HCM functional testing activities i.e. design, create and execute all tests as well as provide test evidence on the HCM project using appropriate tools
• Provide test estimates for the HCM functional testing efforts and report promptly any deviations to the HCM project team
• Triage, review and implement defect management for the HCM Project
• Provide metrics and adequate test reports using JIRA/Xray on progress for different test phases ie. test case execution and defect status
• Ensure progress is reported to project stakeholders as and when required
• Liaise and communicate effectively with Test Lead, Program leads, Vendor, Architects, application SMEs to determine complexities, risks and dependencies for all test phases of the SDLC
About you
Extensive experience and working knowledge on:
• JIRA for task management and reporting
• Zephyr, Xray or similar test management tool
• Testing across N-Tier/Multi-tier architecture
You will also have:
• Extensive hands on testing experience in a full time testing capacity
• The ability to effectively articulate complex issues and provides appropriate solutions
• Ability to apply advanced test design techniques to derive test cases for Enterprise Digital HCM Project
• Demonstrated experience in the Product and Processes of at least two business sectors and has the ability to quickly adapt to new domains or environments
