About the job
An exciting new opportunity now exists for an experienced Tender & Bid Manager to partner with our Business Development Managers and other internal stakeholders to develop a collaborative approach to tenders, proposals and bids.
Your primary focus will be to:
• Lead the tendering process to secure state, national and international training and consultancy opportunities
• Manage the development and production of strategic tenders, including the creation of bid response documentation and content development
• Write and format bid documentation, including graphic representations and ensuring deadlines are met
• Scan the market for new strategic tender opportunities and review these for partnership opportunities with PAVE (Vocational Education) or the University faculties

About you
You will have:
• Extensive experience in tender writing in a commercial environment
• Experience in the education sector
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and building relationships with both internal and external clients
• Demonstrated ability to produce successful conversion outcomes from developed tender opportunities to maximize return on investment
• The ability to meet tight deadlines whilst managing competing priorities and delivering positive outcomes
