About the job
Reporting to the Associate Director, Curriculum and Accreditation, in this one year position, you will be responsible for providing expert administrative support to multiple projects and provide administrative support within day-to-day operations of the Education and Quality team. You will work collaboratively with the broad range of stakeholders to support the execution of project activities through direct engagement with a project or through backfilling standard business activities.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• A degree and/or extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Essential Experience/ Knowledge/Attributes
• Experience in providing project and administrative support across a range of concurrent projects Essential
• Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy and exercise sound problem solving and judgement skills Essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey and elicit information effectively and to develop cooperative working relationships with diverse stakeholders
