An opportunity for People and Culture Advisor to join the People & Culture Advice team. Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture Advice, and this position will be accountable for the provision of effective and efficient People & Culture advisory and administration services. This will include the provision of advice and services to managers, staff and external customers across a broad range of People & Culture issues and related functions, with emphasis on agreement interpretation, leave, terms and conditions of employment, performance management, contracts, payroll and related functions.
