An opportunity for People and Culture Advisor to join the People & Culture Advice team. Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture Advice, and this position will be accountable for the provision of effective and efficient People & Culture advisory and administration services. This will include the provision of advice and services to managers, staff and external customers across a broad range of People & Culture issues and related functions, with emphasis on agreement interpretation, leave, terms and conditions of employment, performance management, contracts, payroll and related functions.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities and workload.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with management and staff at all levels, and to effectively influence the adoption of best practice strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering outcome focused, timely, high quality, accurate and consistent HR advisory service.
