About the role
We are seeking a strategic leader to provide direction, support and advice on matters related to the improvement of adult learning experience and educational excellence of courses delivered within Swinburne Professional. As the Head of Learning you will report to the Director of Swinburne Professional and collaborate with other Heads of Swinburne Professional and key teams across the University to contribute to the development, implementation and review of educational programs in order to create rich educational experiences which empower the corporate learner.
You will be working within a highly collaborative unit that promotes innovation and new ways of thinking and learning by being involved in developing strong relationships with strategic clients and a commercial view aligned to the Universities 2025 strategy.
You will have:
You will be highly motivated professional that is experienced in organisation learning and development across large complex organisations (either private or public sectors), with strong interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
