Does a user-focused digital content role with a challenger brand get you excited?

At Swinburne, we’ve been evolving our in-house marketing capability with new expertise, processes, and technology – and we’re now looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join the team.

Supporting the Digital Content Manager, and working collaboratively with a broad range of internal clients, you will enjoy unpacking complex concepts, and building trusted relationships.

You’ll have a natural focus on continuous growth and improvement, and you will thrive on using insights and feedback to both optimise existing activity, and identify new opportunities.

This is an audience-centred role, delivering digital content for a broad range of projects, campaigns, and objectives, and if this ad has sparked your interest, we’d love to hear from you.

Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
• Degree level qualification in marketing or related fields with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
• Experience implementing digital content plans across numerous disciplines, segments, channels, markets.
• Experience working with content management systems, with basic/intermediate HTML, CSS knowledge.
• Experience in using data and technology to improve the process and performance of digital content activity.
