Are you a strategic marketing manager who thrives on a diverse portfolio of projects?
At Swinburne, we’ve been evolving our in-house marketing capability with new expertise, processes, and technology – and we’re now looking for a Marketing Manager – Strategic Projects to join the team.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Services and Technology, the Marketing Manager – Strategic Projects will work closely with our in-house marketing team, as well as the business’ service and delivery areas, to drive a variety of strategic marketing projects.
With a passion for working from ideation right through to delivery, the Marketing Manager – Strategic Projects will play a lead role in the Marketing team, and focus specifically on strategy development, business partnering, project management, and performance reporting.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
• Degree level qualification in marketing or related with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
• Experience in planning, managing, and delivering marketing activities across numerous disciplines, segments, channels, and markets.
• Experience in leading end-to-end marketing outcomes within scope, time, and budget.
• Strong leadership skills including evidence of building credibility and high levels of trust and confidence with colleagues and stakeholders.
