About the job
Reporting to the Dean Transnational Education, as our newly created Manager, Quality Assurance (QA), Accreditation & Academic Support, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of curriculum and accreditation for Transnational Education, providing Faculties and offshore partners with high-level service to support the achievement of the Swinburne International Expanding Global Capability strategy. Working closely with Associate Deans International (ADI), you will be key in supporting our offshore teaching and learning initiatives and partnerships. You will also lead and manage the progress of transnational programs through internal course accreditation and management processes.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience in quality assurance of transnational education; and/or proven extensive experience in the quality assurance of transnational education; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training

• Proven ability in developing and executing strategic and operational business plans and policy, and the delivery of these within time frames and budget

• High-level analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions
