About the job
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Enrolment Operations Team. The Team Leader will be expected to lead the Enrolment Operations Team and liaise closely with their colleagues within the Enrolment Services team to ensure that all administrative services for our most important customers, students, are seamlessly integrated and continually enhanced.

This position reports to the Enrolment Services Coordinator and is responsible for the timely and efficient processing of all enrolment-related activities for the entire Swinburne student population including students from Faculty, PAVE and Online Universities Australia (OUA).

This position will be required to ensure that the team is upholding a consistent service delivery standard to ensure the Enrolment Operations Team is contributing to the maintenance of the Centre for Excellence for Enrolment Services. In particular, this role will focus on providing all students with timely and accurate information to allow for a seamless enrolment processes in relation to their program of study.

Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
• Completion of a degree with subsequent relevant experience; extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
• Direct knowledge or experience with VE, Higher Education and Foundation and Pathways administrative processes and legislative requirements
• Demonstrated experience and ability in the leadership and management of staff
