About the job
Reporting to the Financial Controller, as the Tax and Treasury Manager you will guide, coach and manage the Tax & Treasury team, drive an appropriate control and compliance environment and continue to foster a responsive and truly capable Tax & Treasury team. Acting as the Taxation expert, this role will work to deliver the overall view Swinburne’s taxation framework and partner closely with the business.
You can expect to be involved in establishing and embedding a best practice taxation framework across the team and the university. Acting a leader to your small team, you will continue to encourage innovation and best practice thinking as well as empowering your people to make recommendations around taxation.
