We are now seeking to fill the dynamic new position of Manager, Sessional Engagement to oversee and advise on the engagement of sessional staff for the Faculty of Business and Law.
In this role, your primary focus will be to provide guidance and support to Department Chairs, Course Directors, Unit Convenors and other Faculty staff responsible for the effective management of sessional staff. The Manager role will drive the implementation of a range of strategies to ensure the Faculty recruits sessional staff with the right combination of skills, experience and qualifications that meet various higher education and accreditation requirements in addition to their ability to create great student experiences.
Furthermore, your focus in this role will be on ensuring sessional staff have access to the right information, resources, training and professional development opportunities necessary for the delivery of high quality learning and teaching as valued members of the Faculty of Business and Law and the wider Swinburne community.
