Are you passionate about helping people achieve their career and educational goals? Exciting opportunities exists for x5 Future Student Enquiries Administrator to join the Future Students Team. 

As a Future Student Enquiries Administrator, you will handle prospective student enquiries with the goal of converting these leads into enrolments. 
This dynamic role will also manage a wide range related to online enquiries, study opportunities and enrolment assistance.
If you are driven in achieving targets, detailed and passionate about customer service; this is the role for you. 

Skills and Experience 
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Completed degree without relevant subsequent experience; completion of associate diploma with subsequent work experience or a combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Demonstrated experience in solution selling and meeting targets.
  • Demonstrated experience and commitment to customer service in administration or support service.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of the tertiary sector is desirable.
