About the Role:
We are currently looking for Project Managers with Agile experience to join our highly-skilled team. You will be required to demonstrate your knowledge and skills as Project Manager working with our clients to solve problems and deliver on projects.  
 
About You:
You will have outstanding stakeholder management and rapport building skills and the ability to drive and deliver projects to budget whilst understanding complexity across various domains. You will be required to provide technology governance, coach project team individuals, use your consulting skills to devise solutions to problems and manage project deliverables, whilst simultaneously ensuring the client’s projects value add proposition is maximized.

A diverse background is ideal as you will be asked to step into a variety of environments and immediately grasp the nuances.
 
You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to:

• Manage and implement IT and Business transformation projects using Agile methods
• Build relationships with stakeholders liaising at executive, business and project leadership levels
• Understand the balanced needs of Project Delivery, Organisational Change Management and Solution Definition to ensure a satisfactory outcome 
• Manage and guide large diversified teams – to include vendors, contractors and virtual teams  

 
What you need to succeed:

• A facilitative, supportive management and leadership style ability to work collaboratively, with the mind set to identify and resolve issues and challenges
• Agile mindset with a deep understanding of its principles
• Certifications/credentials in industry project management methodologies (Prince2, MSP, PMBOK, etc.)
• Certifications/credentials in Agile methodology with an understanding of best practice and agile implementation  - With demonstrated support of Iteration / Scrum Managers and Product Owners
• Provide advisory support and guidance on the Agile project delivery
• Tertiary qualification preferred
• Proven track record working in a consulting environment desirable
