Change Manager

About the Role:

As an SMS Change Management consultant, you will be an individual who can adapt quickly and establish themselves as a subject matter expert for our clients. 
You will be required to demonstrate your knowledge and skills in organisational and project change management working with our clients to solve problems and deliver on projects.
  
About You:
 
You will be an experienced Change Management consultant who embraces disruption and works with organisations and their people to adopt new ways of working.   You are influential and a great communicator who can build relationships at all levels.  You are passionate and energetic and can simplify complexity so that change can be understood and accepted.  You are resilient and can maintain focus under pressure.
 
You will boast proven change management skills and can demonstrate the ability to:

• Identify and assess organisational impacts and develop business transition and readiness plans
• Develop and deliver change management plans
• Identify training and learning needs and develop a TNA
• Produce Change and Communication strategies identifying delivery of business outcomes on time and budget
• Engage and work with various stakeholder groups, maintaining collaborative relationships  

What you need to succeed:

• Experience in delivering large scale change initiatives in complex environments
• Experience utilising recognised change management methodologies i.e PROSI, CMI
• A consultative approach with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• A background in project management or business analysis would be an advantage.
