An Executive Assistant is required to provide a wide range of professional, confidential support services to two PVCs and a Director with Research portfolios.
This interesting role will be responsible for all administrative service provision including but not limited to; diary management, travel coordination, committee servicing and management of events.
The successful incumbent may be required to provide support within the faculty during busy periods, as well as have an understanding of policies and procedures to provide informed advice to stakeholders in the Faculty.
