Journey Expert (Change Manager)

The mission for the Tribe is to improve the Business Lending process and systems risk management framework through the delivery of remediation actions - the primary focus will be on the Business Lending APRA remediation work.

 

We are seeking two Journey Experts to support the implementation and adoption of DocExchange, a strategic solution for receiving, storing and retrieving executed security documents. Working alongside business stakeholders and as part of a multi-disciplinary team, these roles will focus on providing readiness support to bankers and brokers to ensure that the business and our customers are prepared for the change.

 

The Journey Experts will report to the Change Chapter Lead and will join the chapter to actively build change capability and drive consistency in how change is delivered across the Tribe.

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity based in 833 Collins Street but open for other locations within Australia.

With the customer at the heart of your decision making, this role will:

  • Lead and plan change readiness activities, ensuring frontline and operational teams are well prepared with updated processes, training and communications to deliver the optimal experience and ensure the business is well prepared to meet compliance and regulatory obligations
  • Define, deliver and execute communications, training and engagement strategy ensuring change is successfully implemented and embedded
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across DocExchange landscape to ensure change is delivered seamlessly
  • Work with the project to optimise the customer and banker experience and ensure that all impacts and dependencies are considered
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the ANZ change playbook, toolkits (e.g. tools and templates)

What you bring to the Tribe?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Extensive years of change management experience (banking or financial services experience preferred)
  • Track record in executing people change activities in medium to large programs of work (e.g. conducting detailed change impact assessments and developing change plans)
  • Experience and knowledge of current change management principles, methodologies and tools (specifically training and experience with hyper-care and performance support)
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and develop/maintain relationships
  • Flexible and adaptable (able to work in ambiguous, fast paced and cross-functional team environments)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to deliver clear, simple & effective styles of facilitation
  • A strong execution mindset and ability to deliver quality outputs within required timeframes, and be able to make decisions autonomously and communicate direction, rationale and outcomes clearly
  • Ideally you may also have had some exposure to or experience in Agile methods of working including use of tools such as Jira or Confluence
