About the role

As the Coordinator - Researcher Capability Development, you will provide high-level administration, outreach and program delivery support. You will be part of the RCD Team and support the design and delivery of strategically relevant projects to support researcher capability development. This will be achieved through a variety of channels including workshops, online modules and presentations, mentoring schemes and community of practice. This role will see you draw on your network and internal resources to improve the visibility of capability development offerings available university-wide to the researcher community.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse range of internal stakeholders and external providers to establish and maintain valuable network
  • Experience of using Ms Office 365 suite, including SharePoint, Power Automate, MS Forms and Teams
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise work within tight timeframes whilst delivering high quality outputs
  • Demonstrated visual design skills and ability to produce visually engaging material
  • Demonstrated strong written communication skills via web-pages, email bulletins, online conversation threads, reports, advisory notes and PowerPoint presentations
  • Service excellence mindset and focus on continuous improvement across R&I space
  • Previous experience in a University environment will be highly advantageous

Qualifications

A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant work experience.
