About the role:
In this management role you will coordinate the day-to-day running of the Multicultural Family Centre team and is responsible for undertaking a range of supervisory and coordination duties to ensure the effective on-going operations of the centre programs including Fathers Support Service, Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters (HIPPY), Supported Playgroups, and School Reediness.
Focused on providing leadership of a team delivering well-coordinated support responses, referral pathways to meet the needs of families you will oversee service delivery, fulfil internal and external accountability requirements for all programs, and manage internal and external partnerships to maximise the effectiveness of this centre and managing the co-located services at this centre to ensure the success of working together as one Uniting.
