About the Organisation

We support children, young people and families, people with disability, older people, and people with mental illness. We work with people who are homeless, refugees and asylum seekers.

About the Role
In this role, your goal will be to empower our clients by helping them to live independently and achieve their goals. Specifically, we are looking for people who are passionate about a career in disability services and have experience in offering person-centred support. Our clients also need someone who will empathise and support them with their mental health and behaviours. This opportunity also requires the successful candidate to be flexible for a variety of shifts, including weekends, public holidays and the occasional sleepover shift.
