About The Role

Role Location: Sydney (Melbourne candidates are welcome to apply)

Role Type: Permanent, Fulltime

As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day to day integration governance, including the production of regular status reports to steering committees and senior executives. You will also design and lead adoption of integration reporting standard and coordinate high cadence of Integration Office submissions to decision forums.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Knowledge or functional experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Business Analysis, Change Management, or Project Management, preferably in Banking or Finance industry
• A willingness to broaden your experience and expertise to develop skills in the above disciplines and become more effective at optimising end-to-end customer journeys
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels of the business
• High organisational skills, suitable to high paced complex program delivery environment
• An intense passion and curiosity for customers, their needs and wants, putting them at the centre of everything you do
• A willingness to work with your squad to deliver solutions end to end.
