We design, deliver and manage an integrated suite of leadership and talent offerings across ANZ.
 
About the role
Role location: Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland, or Wellington

We currently have an opportunity for an Employee Journey Expert/Chapter Lead to join the squad.  This is a senior leadership role which will help to guide, coach and build the organisational development practice.  In this role you will get your hands dirty designing and delivering impactful and commercial approaches to leadership and talent that are fit for the digital age.  You will be part of a team designing and delivering leadership and talent offerings, including the opportunity to embed a new culture framework, with a big focus on ongoing service delivery, service enhancement and tracking of ROI to ensure the interventions we create are building the leadership and talent pipelines we need for the future. 
 
You will be working with a broad range of stakeholders and have the support of an amazing and committed team. So if you are commercially minded, have a track record of delivering impactful, pragmatic interventions at scale, and can balance the need for pragmatism with subject matter expertise, this is your opportunity to have an impact on everyone at ANZ.
 
What essential skills and experience do I need for this Employee Journey Expert role?
  • Significant Organisational Design experience – thought leadership in talent management and leadership
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Demonstrated practical experience in designing and delivering talent or leadership initiatives in large, complex organisations, including digital pathways and programs
  • Demonstrated project management and execution experience at scale
  • Strong consulting skills
  • Deep change management experience
  • Experience in and credibility to successfully influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience in coaching
What are some of the other desirable skills and experience?
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Ability to work collaboratively through issues within and across teams
  • Familiarity with Human Centred Design
  • Agile experience
