We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Journey Expert to join the Culture and Engagement squad. You will be part of shaping the culture and employee experience at ANZ by designing and delivering impactful and commercial approaches to drive behavioural change, embed culture and foster a thriving, engaged workforce.

About Our Product Area
The Performance, Leadership, Culture and Engagement product area, in Talent and Culture, shape the culture so that everyone at ANZ can thrive. We aim to do this by inspiring individuals, investing in leaders and empowering teams to succeed and grow.
About the Culture and Engagement Squad
In the Culture and Engagement squad our focus is on defining and embedding the culture we need to achieve our purpose and strategy and energising our workforce through understanding and improving the employee experience at ANZ (EX).
Our priorities in culture include embedding our newly defined culture behaviours in people processes and systems and designing and delivering engaging initiatives to drive sustained cultural change. Our priorities within employee experience include the design and implementation of ANZs listening strategy and solutions so that we can better understand employee sentiment, perceptions and behaviours and translate insight to action.
About the role
This role is focused on culture and engagement initiatives across ANZ as part of our Talent and Culture function. The role is part of the Culture and Engagement squad in the PLACE (Performance, Leadership, Culture and Engagement) product area.
Role location: 839 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 (may also be open to Sydney, Auckland, or Wellington)
