About The Role
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 OR 242 Pitt Street, Sydney
Role Type: 12 month fixed term employee contract, full-time
Reporting to the National Implementation Lead, youll be responsible for the transition of customers across to ANZ in support of Transaction Banking key performance targets. You will be focused on managing Implementations (customer onboarding) for Institutional, Financial Institutions and Corporate customers across Australia. These implementations deliver a combination of Channel (ANZ Transactive/Fileactive), accounts, Merchants and Commercial Card Facilities. They are conducted over the phone with minimal onsite training delivery.
Youll own all tasks from concept and design through all stages of the project planning process, co-ordination and delivery and post implementation review. It also, in liaison with Business Development and Account Management personnel within TB, manages key customer relationships. You will look to take on a hybrid of functionalities amongst the team, and provide coaching/team leadership.
