Project Augur Regulatory Change Implementation Lead

In this role you will be a part of a team leading and executing a large program of change for Project Augur with a strong focus on the regulatory change, introduced recently by ASIC. You will bring to the role experience in initiative delivery, change management, outstanding stakeholder engagement, and excellent communication skills. You will be passionate about our customer experience, supporting our bankers and most of all, delivering on change initiatives and regulatory compliance. Your specific focus will be on delivering the changes required by ASICs Regulatory Guide RG271: Internal Dispute Resolution. To achieve this you will work closely with colleagues whom have made extensive progress within Project Augur in preparing for ASICs requirements, whilst helping solve remaining elements. This role will leverage Augurs program with a specific focus on ensuring delivery of RG271, including the schedule, risks, issues and effectiveness testing.
