About the role

Working as part of the Projects Portfolio within ITS UniOps, as the Senior Change Analyst you will be responsible for the identification, design and development of the organisational change management scope, materials/delivery, impacted stakeholder engagement, training/learning and project communications for all projects within the Applications Program.

You will create any required organisational change artefacts (as directed by the RMIT Project Framework) and analysis including:

  • change impact assessments,
  • developing change management strategies/plans,
  • stakeholder engagement plans,
  • communications strategies/plans,
  • training strategies/plans, and
  • handover/embedding plans.

 

About you

You will have solid experience in organisational change management, can showcase your experience delivering project change and can confidently provide specialised advice and consultation on Organisational Change Best Practice.

Experience in the application of a Change Management methodology is essential or certification (e.g. PROSCI).

You will be a strong communicator with the ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences and all organisational levels. You can work autonomously by meeting own deadlines, managing priorities and adapting to moving timelines.
