About the role
The Lead Solution Consultant understands IT requirements from a business perspective and translates them into a form that can be understood and acted on by those tasked with building the solution.
In the role you will provide expert advice to the Business, Technology Engagement, Delivery and Operation teams, lead and mentor other Solution Consultants within the team as well as handle the demand management and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

You will have started your career in technical roles and evolved into to Analysis and Consultant related positions. You will be highly adept in consulting on the high level design and proposing implementation of business solutions based on an architectural framework. You will be an accomplished people leader, and successfully handled resource and project demands.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Computer Studies (or equivalent)
CBAP certification
Agile Certification i.e Scrum, SAFe (preferred)
