About The Role

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type: Permanent, Full Time 

As part of the Digital Portfolio, you will play a role within the Self-Service adoption team to drive digital and self-service ways of banking with our bankers and customers, aligned to our strategy.

As part of the data stream, this role will be responsible for analysing data and providing insights in relation to the biggest priorities for self-service adoption within the Retail Distribution business as well as tracking progress and uptake as a result of banker and customer adoption activities.

This role will involve partnering with our data community across Retail distribution, Digital Portfolio and Aus data to provide data/insights that enable execution of initiatives that encourage our bankers to adopt a ‘self-service first’ process and mindset for key service, over the counter and simple sales transactions and increase our customer’s uptake of digital/self-service banking.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Regular tracking and monitoring Self-Service channel usage dashboard to manage and monitor success of banker/customer adoption activities and identify additional areas of focus
  • Analyse data and provide insights to self-service adoption lead/stakeholders to help guide decisions around prioritisation of activities that drive business value
  • Assist with iterative development of channel usage dashboard
  • Manage/produce monthly/quarterly reporting to stakeholders & senior leaders to show progress to self-service adoption goals
  • Assisting with customer journey mapping, to enable data discovery
  • Conduct ad hoc data analysis as required for self-service adoption team to support broader bank initiatives, reporting and strategy 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have skills, knowledge and experience in the following:

  • Proven background in reporting or analyst role
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing & consulting skills
  • Ability to work within a complex data environment
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to effectively manage competing priorities, multiple stakeholders and deal with ambiguity
  • Working knowledge/previous experience with BI reporting tools advantageous
  • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
  • Curious mindset and persistence/creative problem solving skills
