The Advisor Engagement (Industry) is responsible for developing and implementing an engagement plan focussed on promoting and building the awareness of the RMIT Career and Industry Experience services.
As the Advisor you will be primarily working with external Industry stakeholders, refining and implementing the teams communication strategy, ensuring alignment across RMITs communications teams, and coordinating the design, implementation and measurement of all the teams engagement communications campaigns.

We work in partnership with students, academics, professional staff, industry and the community to deliver transformative student experiences that improve access, participation, retention and success for all RMIT students.

The position supports employer engagement to identify and understand employer and industry needs and to source mentoring, employment and volunteering opportunities for RMIT students and recent graduates. As an Employer Services Advisor you will develop, promote and deliver strategically-aligned opportunities and industry / employer activities and events for students on campus and online.About us

A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Professional Communications or another relevant discipline and/or relevant professional experience at a similar level.
