Digital Business Analyst – Home Loan Settlement – Australia Business Transformation

WhatÂ’s your mission?
As a Digital Business Analyst within the Buy and Own a Home Value Stream, your team’s mission is to build solutions that transform the way our customers buy and own their home by creating a simple, transparent and world-class digital home ownership experience.
You’ll deliver tools and channels to deliver an automated lending process, removing friction and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

 

What will your day look like?
This is an opportunity to redesign how settlements will work in the future, using your creativity, innovation and expertise in the loan settlement domain.

  • Creating a digital, flexible and automated settlement process that is simple to navigate and easy to monitor and control
  • Converting the value streamÂ’s vision into business/technical requirements that our engineering teams can build, test and implement
  • Engaging with customer groups to uncover and understand both their stated and unstated needs, ensuring that these are represented in the design of solutions
  • Developing innovative data-driven insights on customer needs
  • Ensuring customer solutions are elegant in their simplicity. This includes ensuring alignment with other squads on end-to-end customer journeys
     

What will be in your toolkit?

  • You have a deep understanding of how settlements work today and a good idea on how the process can be transformed to make it simple, automated and digital.
  • You have worked in home lending transformation programs
  • You have experience in automation and digitisation of home lending processes
  • You will have demonstrated success in innovative digital product and/or service delivery
  • An intense passion and curiosity for customers, and will champion the customersÂ’ needs at every part of the process
