Home Lending Workflow SME– Australia Business Transformation

 What’s your mission?
As a Home Lending Workflow SME within the Buy and Own a Home Value Stream, your team’s mission is to build solutions that transform the way our customers buy and own their home by creating a simple, transparent and world-class digital home ownership experience.  One that gives our customers confidence as they pursue their home ownership journey.

What will your day look like?
This is an opportunity to help redesign how the home loan processes will work. To start with, you will be focusing on the Settle with Ease part of the customer journey.

  • Helping the squad use new technology to build a digital, flexible and automated home loan process that is simple to navigate and easy to monitor and control
  • Being a contact point for Home loan process related queries across the program
  • Helping the team document the new vision into business/technical requirements that our engineering teams can build, test and implement
  • Identifying, documenting and managing risks, issues and decisions

What will be in your toolkit?

  • You have a deep understanding of how home loans processes work and a good idea on how the processes can be transformed
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Home Loans related space
  • You are confident in your knowledge of the current regulations that apply to the home loan process
  • A willingness to test and transform the status quo, you’re energised by building new customer solutions and making improvements to existing value propositions
