About The Role
Role Location: Sydney OR Melbourne
Role Type: Permanent, Full Time

Your role as a Manager Markets Product Solutions will consist of working closely with the Relationship Managers/Front office/Sales and other enabler groups within the bank. You will primarily focus on facilitating new client onboarding into Markets with support on day 2 client amendments. The role is instrumental in providing timely, high quality information and communication between the customers and enabler functions; including documentation/information gathering, retention and data accuracy to onboard customers to Markets. You will require a working knowledge of KYC/AML, OTC and CRS regulations and markets products. This role will also assist and manage our interaction with our Bangalore support teams. This is a senior role within the team that will help drive the direction and success of Pre Trade Client Solutions through expertise and involvement in change initiatives.

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Knowledge of KYC/AML processes
• Strong previous experience in Banking & Finance     
• Understanding of end to end onboarding process    
• Goldtier experience (desirable)
• Knowledge of Dodd Frank/OTC regulations
