Product Owner, Whole of Customer squad Partnerships & Customer Engagement Tribe

The purpose of the Partnerships and Customer Engagement Tribe (PACE) is to deliver Whole of Customer/Whole of Bank strategic insights, propositions and engagements, leveraging our unique internal and external partnerships.
The Role
As a Product Owner, in the whole of customer squad, you will drive clear, fact-based and compelling customer strategies that traverse product areas and portfolios. The work of the squad includes:
Strategic thought leadership on emerging opportunities/trends, with outputs supporting executive decision making;
Championing product agnostic customer initiatives;
Developing a whole of customer data framework (consolidating product and OKR metrics) to support activities across the portfolio.
Curiosity, comfort with ambiguity and customer-focus are a must for the role, with strategy experience preferred but not essential.

What you bring to the role:
- Strategic storytelling thoughtful data-led narrative development/execution for executive audiences
- Thought leadership thinking outside the box and creative problem solving
- Strong relationship management - the ability to effectively influence outcomes in an autonomous way across the enterprise
- Comfort with ambiguity confidence to investigate, challenge, form a view to uncover opportunities
- Customer focus champion whole of customer experience with a passion to make things better and put the customer at the centre of everything you do
- Adept at juggling competing priorities in a fast paced, demanding environment
- Proven strength in efficient delivery (even when faced with complex networks) - ability to plan/document/communicate on work that ladders up to broader business plans
