Technology Assurance Manager

Your Mission

To develop and maintain of the PB&A Technology and Information Security Policy and Standards suite such that it maintains currency with best practice and ANZregulatory requirements for the PB&A Business. Ensure compliance with all Information Security related policies and procedures.

As the Technology Assurance Manager, your key responsibilities include:

• Managing operational costs to achieve agreed financial targets
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant ANZ Technology and Information Security Policies for PB&A
• Consulting with Compliance, Governance, privacy, and technical control areas to improve alignment of policy with Technology initiatives from these areas.
• Providing guidance to the Business of the intent of Technology related policies and their application to  business initiatives operated by PB&A.
• Managing goverance of technology related Forums or quality of input into PB&A wide Assurance Forums
• Ensuring maintenance of Information Systems & Services Register
• Conducting annuals reviews of policy/standards to ensure compliance with ANZ Technology and Information Security Strategy.
• User Access Management (UAM)
• Inform key stakeholders of technology specific processes.
• Deliver regular Education and Training to business stakeholders in relation to Information Security

What you bring to the role as the Tech Assurance Partner:

• Broad understanding and background of Technology and information security demonstrating strong understanding of concepts and controls.
• Educational qualifications, or equivalent experience, in computing, risk management or industry certifications such as CISSP or CISA
• Staff management experience to lead and mentor junior staff in information security.
• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
• Experience in financial sector, large corporations or Government in managing multiple stakeholders in relation to Business Assurance & technology requirements
• Experience with 27000, regulatory compliance, risk management, systems management or operations.
