About the role

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining key governance and compliance frameworks, processes and documentation while monitoring compliance and risk across the College of Business & Law. You will be providing training and working with the senior leadership as well as building broader stakeholder networks around governance and compliance.

You will;

  • Assist in the development, implementation and iteration of governance and risk frameworks
  • Drive a cycle of continuous improvement around governance and compliance
  • Monitor and report on changes or proposed policy, process or protocol changes that could impact on the College’s operations or compliance performance
  • Partner with the Senior Advisor, Knowledge Management undertaking process-mapping activities ensuring that we capture, and maintain the consistency and currency of College-level processes

 

About you

You will have;

  • Knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management and compliance management best practice
  • Experience in the implementation of key governance, compliance and risk processes within a complex organization
  • Expertise in the development and implementation of policy, process and guidelines
  • An ability to deliver training and education programs to increase awareness of governance, compliance and risk management competency

Qualifications

A tertiary qualification and an equivalent combination of experience.
