RMIT Training is currently looking for a Product Manager (Informit Search) to collaborate with colleagues across the business and the industry to determine the future improvement roadmap for Informit Search.

RMIT Training Pty Ltd is a company, owned by RMIT University, based in Melbourne, Australia. We provide a range of education solutions to students, academics and professionals in Melbourne and overseas. Our English Testing centre offers IELTS and PTE tests. We offer English language training with CELTA and Aviation English products. We deliver pathway programs that enable students to articulate into Bachelor programs at university; these include Foundation Studies and Academic English programs.

About the role
Informit Search is our convenient, easy-to-use platform of Australasian content that is curated and catalogued into relevant subject-based collections.
Reporting to the Head of Product, the Product Manager (Informit Search) collaborates with colleagues across the business and the industry to determine the future improvement roadmap for Informit Search.
In this role you will work closely with the product team and the broader business to develop approaches to working with customer segments to determine the planning of product improvements and the necessary marketing activities to support those initiatives.
The Product Manager (Informit Search) is also responsible for key activities such as identifying market needs for new products and revisions, managing the customer feedback process, defining and championing business cases for new products, and analysing ongoing product performance. In this role you will work effectively across the organisation to drive innovation and growth.
