About the Job
Are you passionate about teaching the next generation of Health Education professionals to guide them into a career where they can make a real difference to people’s lives? Do you have the experience and skills required to provide an engaging and inspiring educational experience? If you are, Swinburne’s Health, Science and Community department are looking for a full-time Senior Educator to manage delivery requirements within the Health disciplines.

As the Senior Educator, you will implement industry best practice and apply current learning technologies and contemporary learning pedagogies across the suite of vocational education health programs. You will lead and work collaboratively within a passionate team of education professionals to plan deliver, assess, evaluate and ensure compliance of high-quality education and training programs. This role requires you to customise and adapt our programs to meet our learners and clients’ needs that vary from certificate level through to diploma levels.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• AQF5 level (or above) Qualification in Education and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
• Relevant tertiary degree or vocational qualification including evidence of currency
• Demonstrated experience coordinating academic programs, providing support and supervision of teaching staff and ensuring program compliance requirements are met in alignment with University policy and ASQA standards .
• Proven ability to implement high quality innovative teaching and learning programs in a variety of learning modes, which respond to a diverse range of student and client needs.
