We are seeking a hardworking and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to support the Venue Manager and Assistant Manager co-ordinate staff requirements during each shift, supervise the service flow and performance standards within the outlet.

The successful applicant will be a leader who can motivate and encourage the team to provide the highest level of customer service to our guests. You will be hands-on in your operational approach and be passionate about developing your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in all the sections of the restaurant including the bar
  • Assist with trainings, development and performance management of the team
  • Supervise, guide and encourage accountability in the daily operations
  • Lead by example, execute high levels of warm, uncompromising and bespoke customer service
  • Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace

Successful applicants will have; 

  • Extensive experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor within a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence to deal with a diverse range of guests
  • Proactive, problem-solving and attention to detail skills highly regarded
  • A positive and cheerful personality
  • Strong product knowledge, particularly Italian cuisine is advantageous
