Combining elegance and style Jade Rabbit is a luxury bar venue with a focus on providing a high standard of service to our guests. We are looking for a passionate & dedicated leader to join the Jade Rabbit team. You will be a skilled mixologist who loves to create cocktails and unique guest experiences!

Reporting to the Venues Manager your main role will be to lead a large and diver team of 30 and manage bar operations. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Supervise the service flow and monitor the quality of food and service standards
  • Monitor the F&B stock, controlling costs, P&L and staffing levels
  • Recruit, develop and train our team (including performance reviews)
  • Respond to guest feedback and implementing process to prevent reoccurrence
  • Evaluation of operating techniques to maximize efficiency

The Requirement

  • Extensive cocktail and beverage knowledge
  • Solid experience in a similar role within a fast-paced high-volume bar
  • Proven experience and ability to manage a large team of 20-30 people.
  • Strong leadership skills yet have a passion to remain hands on with your team
  • Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster

  • Strong beverage knowledge with a focus on mixology
  • Solid leadership experience within a fast-paced, high volume bar
  • Ability to lead and develop a diverse team of F&B servers and Bartenders
  • Understanding of bar operations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, problem-solving and attention to detail skills highly regarded
