About The Role
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008  
Role Type: 12 month fixed term, 40hrs/week

In Institutional Operations we are transforming the way we support our Customers and Bankers.  We are creating multidisciplinary teams, driving continuous improvement and supporting our people to create digital mindsets.  It’s an exciting time to be part of our transformation journey – join us in this exciting role as an Assistant Manager.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager who can work collaboratively with the Agency Services team in providing a comprehensive range of services. The Agency Services business undertakes the performance of Facility Agent / Security Trustee roles in syndicated lending transactions originated by the ANZ front line product specialists. The team acts as an intermediary between a borrower and the lending participants in the administration of a transaction.

This role specifically attends to the day to day management of loan transactions in accordance with operating processes and procedures. The Assistant Manager will ensure timely and accurate billing, collection and processing of Agency fee income in accordance with Finance documents and Operating procedures. This role also contributes to maximising Agency Services revenue by optimising client satisfaction with the provision of prompt and accurate operational support while adhering to risk/compliance procedures.
