What we are looking for

As an E-Learn/ Instructional Design Consultant, you will create and manage the E-learning modules across The Star Entertainment Group. You will consult and collaborate with business stakeholders to understand training & development needs and design innovative modules

Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to:

  • Create innovative e-learning materials and digital development tools
  • Create storyboard to map the content and illustrate how the objectives of courses will be met
  • Instructional design: interpret technical, regulatory, legislative or job specific content to design a learning experience that meets learn and business objectives
  • Manage end to end design process to ensure training content and learning methodologies are reflective of a customer service driven culture
  • Be responsible for the quality assurance of e-learn design standards, evaluation of user experience, implementation of improvement and innovation
  • Increase engagement by creating basic animation coupled with compelling storytelling

 To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated application of best practice learning methodologies in design of learning solutions and assessment
  • Experience creating engaging and innovative learning content
  • Proven experience in e-learn/ instructional design for mid to large organisations
  • Qualification in L&D or related discipline
