Our Food & Beverage team is now recruiting for an In-Room Dining Supervisor!

This is a great work opportunity for someone with solid management experience of In-Room Dining (IRD) or catering operations within a five-star accommodation environment. You will lead a team of 40+ Food and Beverage Servers and oversee IRD operations for over 600 luxury hotel rooms and catering for small VIP events.

Reporting to the F&B Manager Premium Services, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure all team members are meeting IRD SOP’s and Forbes Travel Guide standards of service
  • Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the amenity set-up and delivery
  • Assist in the development of marketing initiatives and menu items to stimulate revenue
  • Recruiting, training and developing the team (including performance reviews)
  • Responding to guest feedback and implementing process to prevent reoccurrence
  • Monitoring financial performance by managing the stock, controlling costs, profit and loss expenses and wages
