About the Role

The Workforce Planner is key in creating an array of operational rosters across our exciting 24/7 business, ensuring the rosters are compliant, efficient and the most productive for the business.

This role will see you partnering with a selected business portfolio to create, develop and maintain a rostering process.  You will provide input and advice on roster patterns, the labour mix and be proactive in your approach when consulting with managers on forecasting roster requirements. With the ability to work within the bounds of the Enterprise Agreement, Company policies and procedures you will support and advise your managers to ensure staffing budgets are met.

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in demand based rostering and resourcing in a high volume organisation is essential
  • A tertiary qualification in business will be advantageous
  • Previous experience in a gaming/hospitality environment
  • Experience within highly regulatory environments and understanding of EBA agreements and workplace awards will be advantageous
