About The Role
Role Location: Melbourne
Role Type: 12 month fixed-term, Full-Time
As the Dispute Resolution Pathways Manager, you will support the development and effective operation of Resolution Pathways which are a pivotal tool for supporting ANZs Quality and Fairness Framework (QAFF). The QAFF aims to deliver ANZs promises to our customers to resolve their complaints with empathy, fairness and consistency and work together to fix the things that matter most in their world.
You will be responsible for managing the delivery sequencing, risks, issues and dependencies for delivery of Resolution Pathways; alignment of standards and compliance with governance, policies and processes for delivery; data analysis and stakeholder engagement to maintain the currency, reliability and useability of the Resolution Pathways for CR and the division; and tracking benefits.
