Drawing on traditional Italian food culture, our award winning Cucina Vivo restaurant is a celebration of the joy of sharing with friends and family, ideal for lovers of great food, beautiful surrounds and creating a fun and elegant atmosphere for our guests. A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie for Cucina Vivo is currently available, this would ideally suit someone with previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef looking to take the next step!

We are specifically looking for someone who has:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery)
• Previous supervisory experience in a busy, large kitchen environment
• The ability to effectively and efficiently coordinate and work as part of the team
• A passion for a diverse range of food and a keen desire for continuous learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
