About The Role

Role Location: Flexible around Clare, Balaklava or Jamestown

Your role as a Development Agribusiness Relationship Manager will be to manage and grow portfolio of accounts through client acquisition, cross-sell and referrals. By developing a network of contacts, you will assist in achieving overall business strategies of sourcing new business, maximising existing business and increasing effectiveness. Maintaining a detailed understanding of customers’ business and financial needs, along with keeping abreast of economic trends will be core to your success. You will collaborate with product partners and other stakeholders to ensure an effective and value adding strategy is identified for the client whilst minimising all potential risks to ANZ.

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Agribusiness
  • Excellent customer focus with genuine curiosity for understanding customer drivers and delivering solutions to meet their needs
  • Proficiency in understanding financial statements and credit assessment
  • Demonstrated understanding of small / medium business and agribusiness needs and expectations and abilities to originate new business
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team, with proven analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and technologically savvy
  • Tertiary qualification in a financial / business related field preferable.
